Barb, thank you for opening my eyes to what was in order to see more clear what's to be.
My session was "eye-opening" to say the least.

Going in a skeptic, I wasn't sure I could even be hypnotized.
I've seen shows where hypnotists have people perform crazy ( and sometimes embarrassing) things on stage. I was concerned I'd never get to the level of being n a different place in my mind.
I was surprised that I knew exactly what was going on, and I didn't have to worry about not remembering anything after I woke up.
I was in a state of relaxation that I had never experienced before that day.

As you know, I live with pain every day and there is no cure for it; however by understanding a little about my past I'm now able to not only deal with the day to day pain much more easily, I'm able to look ahead in my life and make plans.
Plans that don't include my waking hours revolved around pain.

Perhaps the biggest benefit is my sense of purpose and the direction that I'm now taking. I was never sure if I was doing what I should be doing; after all, there are people more qualified - much more qualified than me.
After my session with you, my sense of purpose in life is stronger than I ever would have imagined, and my confidence in myself and my abilities is beyond what I could ever hope.

And it all started with a simple conversation in your office where you made me feel comfortable physically ( thanks for the blanket and being able to take my shoes off!) and emotionally as well.
I never would have guessed that our journey forwards have a lot to do with our past journeys.

So again, thank you from the bottom of my heart!
